Many parts can be ejected by simply stripping them off the core side of the mold. This can be done with a stripper plate, a single knock out pin, or a series of knock out pins and a stripper plate. Although a strip mold may appear to be simple when it is running, Pelco’s many years of experience in design and building molds will help determine the best type and location of knock outs to ensure that the parts eject cleanly.
